Terms and conditions

50% deposit payable on booking with the remainder payable 1 week prior to departure. A damage deposit amounting to one night’s stay is also required on booking of the villa. The damage deposit will be returned once the villa has been checked upon departure.

The owners of Villa Rocita accept no liability for guests and their belongings for the duration of their stay. It is the responsibility of guests to take out appropriate insurances and otherwise to take measures to ensure their safety and protection during their stay.
