Villa Rocita

Villa Rocita is a ten minute drive from Crown Point International Airport, located just off the Claude Noel Highway on the Atlantic coast of Tobago in an area known as Lambeau.

The 4,500 sq ft villa has been finished and furnished to the highest of standards with electronic gate entry and alarm system. Downstairs the open plan nature of the living accommodation is conducive to socialising and Caribbean living with French doors along the front of the house opening up onto the infinity pool and sunbathing terrace. Upstairs there is a luxurious master suite and three double bedrooms, one twin-bedded, all with their own ensuite bathroom. Three of the bedrooms open up onto a wrap-around balcony with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. The villa sleeps 8 comfortably but with the use of the day-bed in the TV room can easily sleep up to 10 people.

Kitchen, dining area and living room

The open plan nature allows everyone to be part of the action. The beautifully handcrafted kitchen equipped with American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, large hob and double oven is the heart of the house. The kitchen leads onto a comfortable sitting area with hi-fi and board games and then a large dining table which accommodates 8 people.

TV room

The separate air-conditioned TV room with a large flat screen television with cable television and DVD player is the ultimate chill out zone. The TV room also has a day bed and can act as an extra bedroom, enabling the villa to sleep up to 10 people.

Master suite

The master suite will definitely exceed any expectations. The super-king sized bed, 42 inch wall-mounted television and walk-in dressing room will mean you may never want to leave it. Even more inviting is the ensuite bathroom which boasts a walk-in shower with seating area and body jets. The master suite has access onto the balcony with its private seating area overlooking the pool.

Other bedrooms

The three other spacious double bedrooms, one of which is twin-bedded, all have built-in wardrobes and their own modern ensuite bathrooms. The balcony, which can be accessed from two of the bedrooms, has a covered seating area and stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. There is also a cot available for babies and toddlers.

Pool and terrace

The large infinity pool with cascading waterfall and separate jacuzzi is the pièce de résistance of Villa Rocita. The large terrace offers the best of sun and shade with areas for dining, socialising, sunbathing and barbequing.
